      Loans: loans and deduction data entry module that the payroll process automatically deducts assigned amount to deduct for every payroll period until zero balance.

      Benefits

      • Leave: employees with leave benefits with pay (add, edit, delete).
      • Pro Rata Leave: employees with pro rata leave benefits with pay (add, edit, delete).
      • Hourly Rates: (DOLE provided hourly rates computation).

      Last Pay

      • View & Create: list of employees last pay and create employees who are last pay cut-off pay period before payroll processing to not include in payroll summary report. All requirements required by HR department should be comply and approved prior to payment release.
