H R D -> Recruitment -> Screening: tools for recruitment staff to view all applicants that are already set for job screening. HR recruitment staff can easily monitor all applicants schedules for different types of job screening using this module. Creation of job screening is allowed to be created if already done in the interview or no pending status for interview. After creation of screening schedule is automatically notify assigned person that can be seen in their account inbox. "Create" button is not visible in Applicant Screening screens that have a "Pending" status for screening; if all status is "Done" the "Create" button is visible to create another type of screening if needed. (see screenshot below)

  • Verify the account via email sent by the system after registration is completed.
  • Fill-up the form available in your dashboard account and wait for admin approval.
  • After your account is approved the first step to do is create a department located at HRD -> Tools -> Department.
  • Now ready to create employee master data located at HRD -> Employees.
