H R D -> Benefits -> Leave: regular employees have leave benefits like vacation leave, sick leave, parental leave etc., required by Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The vacation leave is based on credit points accumulated for every month. Example if the VL is 15 divided by 12 months, so the credit points are 1.25 added to the next month. Employee cannot apply for vacation leave if not having available points credit but has another filing to request additional credits to be approved by department head to proceed VL filing. (see screenshot below)
Create & Edit
Click "Create" button to create new employee with leave benefits and check the checkbox applied benefits for them or click "Edit" link to modify the leave benefits.
