HR Public Employee Master Data: Personal Data Sheet

Personal Data Sheet (PDS) can be easily generated by the system with standard PDS Excel report format and auto-fill input field by the system that available information in employee master data. Employees with changes or updates in Personal Data Sheet must be updated by HR staff to generate a PDS report for printing and to be issued to employees for signature.

Reminders:


Employment Status -> (dropdown list)

  • Active
  • InActive
  • Retrenched
  • Terminated
  • Deceased
  • Resigned
  • End Contract

-> Input the end date field if the employee employment status is not currently active.

Account Login

-> used to give the employees an online account to access the self-service account in HR Payroll System, which is the user account login is the email address and default password is "Test_#143@". User can change their own password using forgot password in login page to send a url token access via email to verify and input a new password.

Salary, based on government designation and salary grade that is automatically filled-out by the system.

Type of Process

Paperless 

-> all forms are online filing like leave, overtime, locator slip, temporary shift schedule, broken time, failure In/Out, vacation leave request credit etc., that required approval by head department.

Manual

-> All forms are hardcopy; the process of timekeeping is manual filing of notices available in Time and Attendance module process by the timekeeper.

Those employees with self-service feature "With Online Filing" checkbox should be checked to hide in a dropdown list selection in timekeeper manual filing to protect the individual online filing.

New Appointment Papers => employee has a new appointment or salary increase.
